Practical sessions that help people understand problems, make decisions and improve how work gets done.
ENID Studio provides workshops, professional learning series, and facilitation for growing businesses, professional associations, conferences, and community organizations.
Led by ENID Studio founder Jess Lowry, each session combines practical instruction, facilitated discussion, and structured activities. Workshops for Small Businesses and Growing Teams
Small businesses rarely need another generic presentation about innovation or the latest technology. They need protected time to understand what creates unnecessary work, decide what should change, and determine whether technology will genuinely simplify the business.
ENID Studio workshops can help your team:
Simplify complicated business processes
Improve workflows and handoffs
Clarify responsibilities and decision authority
Reduce repeated or unnecessary work
Identify where information gets lost
Improve collaboration across roles
Evaluate AI and automation opportunities
Make better use of existing technology
Test a new business, service or operational idea
Turn an unresolved problem into practical next steps
Every session is designed around the business problem and the people involved. ENID does not begin with a predetermined method or assume that AI, automation, or new software is always the answer.
AI Workshops for Small Businesses
Understand the work before you automate it
AI tools are easy to purchase and increasingly easy to use. Deciding where they belong in a business—and what employees and customers need when you introduce them—is much harder.
ENID Studio’s small-business AI workshops help owners and teams evaluate AI in the context of their real operations.
Participants may examine:
Where repetitive work is consuming time
Which processes are already too complicated
What employees currently do to keep work moving
Where human judgment remains essential
What information an AI tool would need
What should be automated, assisted, or left alone
How people will review AI-generated work
Who will be responsible when the system is wrong
Whether an existing tool can solve the problem
What needs to change before technology is introduced
The objective is not to automate as much as possible. It is to create a business that is easier to operate without sacrificing trust, service quality, or essential human judgment.
“The session was very helpful! I was able to talk to employees about a few things that can easily tighten up our production as well as address some misunderstandings about the process or command chain.”

Frequently Asked Questions
These are not generic sessions about productivity or lists of AI tools.
Each workshop helps participants examine how work actually happens inside their business: how employees make decisions, exchange information, use technology, serve customers, and handle challenges when something doesn't work as intended.
Jess introduces practical concepts and structured activities, but participants work with examples from their own businesses. The goal is to leave with a more accurate understanding of the problem and a useful next step.
