Operations Transformation

ENID Studio enables you to build the capability to continuously improve how your organization works.

Co-implementation gives you the flexibility to choose the level of support that's right for your organization today, while helping you build the capability to lead future improvements with confidence.

Real organizational capability is built through practice.

Communities of practice sit at the heart of ENID Studio. They aren't discussion forums or networking groups—they're active learning communities where people solving similar challenges share lessons learned, compare approaches, explore new technologies, and refine working practices together. Knowledge spreads through collaboration, not documentation alone.

Every organization is at a different stage. You may already have experienced leaders who can facilitate change internally. You may need a trusted partner to guide your first initiatives. Or you may need additional capacity to help move important work forward while your teams continue running the business.

Our goal isn't to become another long-term consulting partner. It's to help you develop the people, practices, and confidence to continuously improve work long after our engagement ends.

Choose the level of support that's right for your organization.

Lead with your own team

If your organization already has the capacity to lead change, we'll provide the tools, playbooks, and guidance to help your team facilitate the work internally.

You'll have access to proven participatory design methods, practical templates, and implementation resources—along with coaching when you need it.

This approach is ideal if you already have an internal improvement team, organizational development function, PMO, or transformation office that's ready to lead the work.

Work alongside ENID practitioners

If you're introducing a new way of working or want to build internal capability as you implement change, our practitioners work alongside your team.

Rather than delivering recommendations and walking away, we facilitate workshops, coach leaders, support implementation teams, and help employees develop the skills and confidence to continue the work themselves.

Together, we'll apply ENID's participatory design playbooks to your organization's real challenges, creating practical improvements while building lasting capability within your team.

This is the approach most organizations choose because it balances momentum with knowledge transfer.

Add a fractional implementation team

Sometimes your team knows what needs to change but simply doesn't have the capacity to do it.

In these cases, you can bring in a dedicated team of ENID practitioners to work alongside your employees for a defined period. Together, we'll complete assessments, facilitate collaborative design sessions, and lead implementation initiatives while demonstrating how our playbooks are applied in practice.

Your employees remain active participants throughout the process—learning by doing, building confidence, and developing the skills needed to lead future initiatives themselves.

This approach is especially valuable when you're navigating significant organizational change, implementing new technologies, or accelerating strategic priorities without pulling key employees away from their day-to-day responsibilities.

Designed for transfer knowledgenot create dependence.

As your organization builds confidence and experience, many clients naturally move from working with an embedded implementation team to partnering with ENID practitioners as coaches, and eventually to leading future initiatives with their own internal community of practice.

Our measure of success isn't how long you work with us. It's whether your organization has the people, skills, and confidence to continuously improve the way work gets done — adapting roles, workflows, and technologies as your organization evolves.

Whether you're redesigning services, introducing AI, improving operations, or preparing your workforce for new ways of working, our role is to help you build an organization that's capable of continuous change.

“Instead of asking which AI platform to buy, we start by asking what outcomes we were trying to create.”
