Who’s Enid?
ENID Studio is named in honor of Professor Enid Mumford (1924–2006), one of the pioneers of socio-technical systems design and participatory approaches to organizational change. Long before digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and enterprise software became everyday business concerns, she was asking a simple but profound question:
How do we design technology that helps people do better work?
Her work continues to shape how we think about organizational change today.
